Training is delivered by Adam Thomas, the UK’s leading accessible kitchen designer and an acknowledged expert in his field. Adam is joined for the day by a Training Coordinator who ensures that the day runs smoothly. See Learning Outcomes and Testimonials (right) for more details

Custom Training Days
You supply a training room, refreshments and up to 20 delegates, and we will supply a trainer, course materials and an assistant for a fixed fee. This formula allows any group of associates, or Local Authority to train staff locally at a competitive rate. Content can be tailored to suit your department’s requirements, and fees vary depending on distance. This is a very cost-effective way of training a large group. Contact our training coordinator for details.
Disabled Living Foundation London – NEXT COURSE IS ON 19 NOVEMBER 2013!
We have been working with the DLF for over 10 years, and our one-day training course is hosted at their headquarters on the Harrow Road, London. The benefit of working with the DLF is that we are able to support their outstanding work, and also use the Equipment Centre, fitted with a fully featured kitchen, to demonstrate various elements of the course. The value of working with a real kitchen cannot be underestimated. This brings an extra dimension to the day and has proven especially useful to delegates who are new to kitchen adaptations. Bookings can be made via the DLF web site using this link.
Guest Speaker at Training Seminars
Adam is often invited to speak at Training Seminars and to contribute to special projects, details of which can be found under the ‘Adam Thomas’ tab. He speaks on accessible kitchen design at the CPD Professional Seminar Theatre at Naidex Birmingham, and is available to appear at other events by appointment. Contact the office to discuss your requirements in more detail.
