This warm and characterful kitchen lends itself perfectly to busy family life in a home full of period features. Very much a working kitchen, plenty of storage space was required, as well as space under the sink and hob to make the kitchen safe and accessible.
For this design our client has selected Access Matters furniture in Mansel Old Antique Character Oak with traditional coving. We recommended Bosch appliances throughout for a contemporary touch. Hardworking worksurfaces are made from high pressure laminate, with a Corian edge to retain spills. All drawers are fitted with soft-close mechanisms so that they close gently with a minimum of noise and effort, and extra pullout worksurfaces and baskets have been incorporated to make storage areas safe and accessible.
