Corporate Kitchens accessible contract

We aim to be a one-stop-shop for your new kitchen, and to smooth the way for you at every stage of the process. To this end our service includes the following elements:

  • Survey:
    Our survey will confirm the dimensions for your design, and also establish where the waste, gas, water and electricity supplies for your new kitchen are located.
  • Kitchen Design:
    An in-depth kitchen design will be created around your individual requirements with a highly experienced designer. Your design will be a one-off, tailored to your precise specification.
  • Insurance:
    Payments from retail customers are fully insured through the KBSA Consumer Care insurance scheme. You will be sent full details of this scheme when you pay your deposit.
  • Check-Measure:
    Accurate site measurements will be taken upon order to confirm the dimensions for your kitchen design.
  • Warehousing:
    We have a secure warehouse in Hertfordshire, where your goods are held safely until delivery is required. This means that your kitchen will generally arrive in a single delivery, just prior to installation.
  • Project Management:
    We will manage the installation of your new kitchen, bringing in installers and other trades as required, and liaising with your builder where necessary. This ensures that someone is keeping an eye on the detail, and making sure that services are located in the right place prior to installation.
  • Aftercare:
    We supply you with printed care guidelines for the products we supply. We also give you useful information for registering your appliances for warranty. This includes a list of contact numbers for the appliances we have supplied, so that you can contact the suppliers if you need to. We can also help with any queries you might have after installation.
  • Recommended Tradesmen:
    If you wish to have extra work carried out while we are fitting your new kitchen, we can recommend a builder and various trades.
