Ropox, our flexible friend...

We all have changing needs and we find that, across our client base, customers are looking for flexibility, and designs that will adapt to their requirements over time.

We have selected Danish manufacturers Ropox as our partners for height-adjustable cabinets and surfaces because of their reputation for reliability, low maintenance and good service. The degree of flexibility and ease of use offered by this technology must be seen to be fully appreciated.

Streamlined design means that Ropox frames can be fitted at any height, allowing height-adjustable units to be integrated seamlessly into your kitchen design. Wall units can rise and fall on a Ropox frame, bringing the cupboard diagonally forward to the edge of the worksurface (above), allowing full access to storage. Worksurfaces and wet areas can also rise and fall, allowing each member of the family, or students in a food technology suite, to use the worksurface or sink at a suitable height. An automatic safety stop system beneath each frame ensures that it stops moving the moment it encounters an obstacle.

Ropox also manufactures a range of height-adjustable tables, for work and home environments. If your kitchen worksurfaces need to be flexible to work for the whole family, or for a group of users with a wide variety of needs, then a height-adjustable table could also be useful. The 4Straight table by Ropox can be supplied with or without castors, allowing the unit to be moved freely around the kitchen, and can be fitted with a glass, granite, Corian, wood or laminate worksurface, either to tone in with your kitchen cabinets or to make a statement.
