The brief for this project was to create a contemporary open plan kitchen for family use, incorporating luxury materials, for this prestigious development in the Home Counties.
Our client selected a maple veneer kitchen in a high gloss finish with satin nickel bar handles, black granite worksurfaces and integrated stainless steel appliances by Miele. A U-shaped layout was selected, to make the best possible use of this spacious room, and to give good access to food preparation and storage areas. To separate the kitchen from the family area, a peninsula was designed in granite, with a single pedestal support in stainless steel, creating the perfect space for informal entertaining. This strikingly modern design is set to become modern design classic, and will be a talking point for years to come.
